Online orders will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days from date of purchase. All orders will be given a tracking number. Once the order has been received by the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for the order. Issues with package location or delivery delays must be taken up with the shipping provider directly. Customers are responsible for paying for any return shipping for styles that are being returned or exchanged. Customers are also responsible for paying additional shipping if they provide an incorrect shipping address and their order is returned or undeliverable.
